Commissioners’ Workbook Use Agreement

In downloading the “Commissioners’ Workbook,” I hereby agree to abide by all of the following rules of the Commission for the Restructuring of the Nation of Islam, with respect to the use of the “Commissioners’ Workbook”:

Upon receiving the “Commissioners’ Workbook,’ I am licensed to read, study, and engage in lawful dialogue with the materials found in the “Commission Workbook.” I agree to use the “Commissioners’ Workbook” for the purpose of gaining a comprehensive understanding of and assisting in the work of restructuring and reorganizing the Nation of Islam and will not to use it to the harm or detriment of anyone, especially any member of the Nation of Islam or the organization as a whole. I agree to conduct myself in a manner befitting a Muslim follower of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, under the direction of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and to refrain from any activity, speech, or communication that would in any way harm the continuing effort of the resurrection of our People.

I further attest and affirm that all of the personal information that I am providing is true and that I am the person that I represent myself to be. I am not working at the behest of or on behalf of any other person, organization, or agency and that I am not an agent of the U.S. Government or other affiliate agency working to the detriment of the Nation of Islam, as this agreement strictly prohibits the possession or use of the “Commissioners’ Workbook” by such persons.

In downloading the Workbook, I affirm that I have read this agreement and I agree to the terms herein and would like to receive the Commissioners' Workbook.
